The calculator works without an account and without storing your inputs. Every kind of processing is described below.
Data controller

Calculating without an account
Your inputs are sent to the server only to compute the estimate and are not stored. A share link encodes the inputs in the URL; anyone with the link can see the calculation.
To prevent abuse we keep short-lived per-route request counters keyed by a cryptographic hash of your IP address. The IP address itself is not stored in them.
Account (optional)
- Email, for sign-in with a one-time link.
- Saved estimates and documents you upload. Documents are kept in private storage that only you can access.
- You can download all your data and permanently delete your account from the account page.
Technical logs and errors
The hosting provider keeps technical request logs. If error monitoring is enabled, technical error details are sent, without your inputs.
Cookies
Strictly necessary sign-in cookies are used when you sign in.
With your consent we load Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) for anonymous usage statistics. You may refuse; then it is not loaded and no analytics cookies are set. We do not use advertising cookies.
Your rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and may lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
